By using gtacover.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They apply to every cover maker here, to the blog, and to anything else served from this domain.

The site is provided free of charge, with no account, no contract and no subscription. You owe nothing for using it, and equally you are not buying a service with guaranteed availability. Pages, games and features can change or disappear without notice.

You must be old enough to use the site under the law where you live. It is not directed at children under 13.

You are responsible for every image you load into the editor. Use only photos you took, photos you own, or photos you otherwise have permission to use. Do not use images of other people in ways they have not agreed to.

Because the editor runs entirely in your browser, your images are never uploaded and we never receive them. That also means we cannot review, moderate, recover or delete them. Whatever you make is yours to keep and yours to be accountable for.

Do not use this site to produce material that is illegal where you are, that sexualises minors, that harasses or defames someone, or that incites violence. There is no upload step for us to police, so this one is on you, and using the tool for any of that is a breach of these terms.

Your photographs remain entirely yours. Nothing about using this site transfers any ownership of your images to us, and we claim no licence over them, which is straightforward given that they never reach us.

The finished cover is a different matter, because it combines your photos with a layout and a wordmark that belong to somebody else. Treat your export as fan art: sharing it, posting it and printing it for yourself are the ordinary uses this tool was built for. Selling it, or using it as branding for a product or a business, would put you on the wrong side of trademark law, and that would be your risk to carry rather than ours.

GTA Cover Maker is an unofficial, fan made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive in any way.

Grand Theft Auto, GTA and all related names, logos, marks and cover designs are the property of their respective owners. They appear here only so each tool can identify and recreate the cover layout it is based on, which is descriptive use and is not a claim of ownership or association.

Rights holders who want material changed or removed should email hello@gtacover.com. Requests are handled promptly, and the process is described on the contact page.

The site is paid for by advertising. Ads are supplied by Google AdSense and its partners, which means the content of an ad is chosen by them and not by us, and an ad appearing here is not an endorsement of the advertiser.

Do not click ads on this site artificially, whether by hand or with a script. Doing so breaks the advertising network's rules and can cost the site its account.

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, compatible with your device, or that a cover will export exactly as you expect.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost work, lost images or lost time. In practice the main risk is a cover you did not download before closing the tab, so download as you go. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

The site links out to other services, including Ko-fi and the advertisers shown on these pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

These terms can change. The current version always lives on this page and the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

The site is operated from the Czech Republic and these terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in.
